OUR 60-DAY RISK-FREE GUARANTEE

We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Power Pupper order, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will issue you a full refund — no return necessary, no hassle, no hard feelings. Please note this guarantee applies to your first order only and is limited to one use per customer.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Getting a refund is simple. Just email our customer service team at support@powerpupper.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief reason for your request, and we'll take care of the rest — no need to ship anything back.

REFUNDS

Once your refund request is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrived damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@powerpupper.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

At this time, refund requests are not eligible in the following situations:

Requests made after the 60-day window. Second or subsequent orders — the 60-day guarantee applies to first orders only. Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer
