🐾 We offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimums, no catches.

At Power Pupper, our customer service team is here for you every step of the way. We're passionate about your pup's health and will always do our very best to make sure you and your dog have the best experience possible. Don't hesitate to reach out — we've got you covered! 🐾

WHERE WE SHIP

Power Pupper currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes at this time.

PROCESSING TIME

We process and ship orders the same day when placed before 12 PM PST (noon). Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next available business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping — FREE — 5–7 business days, Expedited Shipping — Calculated at checkout — 2–3 business days, Overnight Shipping — Calculated at checkout — 1 business day

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Power Pupper is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@powerpupper.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped. Power Pupper is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please first check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You're also welcome to reach out to us — we'll work with you to find a resolution.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@powerpupper.com. We'll make it right.
